Sree Ayyappa Health Amenities Society is a Society registered under the Travancore Cochin Literary, Scientific Societies Act 1955. The Society was formed to provide better health amenities free of cost to pilgrims to Sabarimala, by working in close co-operation with the agencies presently providing medical aid at Sabarimala.
       The society has set up a well equipped Cardiology Centre at Sannidhanam. All the cardiac care equipments were donated by M/s Tata Tea Ltd. The centre is mainly to provide specialized care including intensive coronary care throughout the festival season. A minor Trauma care facility is also available.
